Leading the practice is Dr. Robert Buckley, D.C., DACRB, a highly respected clinician with over 35 years of experience treating complex musculoskeletal, neurologic, and post-traumatic injuries.

Dr. Buckley is nationally recognized for his depth of training, breadth of clinical capability, and rare combination of hands-on patient care, advanced diagnostics, and medico-legal expertise. His career has been defined by a commitment to evidence-based medicine, functional restoration, and clear, defensible documentation—especially in personal injury and complex injury cases.

Education, Credentials & Advanced Training

Dr. Buckley is a graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic (1989). He pursued extensive postgraduate education early in his career, earning:

• Diplomate in Sports Injury Rehabilitation (1993)
• Diplomate in Functional Rehabilitation (DACRB) (2020)
• Current Diplomate status with the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board

These credentials place Dr. Buckley among a small percentage of chiropractors nationally with advanced post-doctoral specialization in functional rehabilitation, injury biomechanics, and return-to-function protocols.

Hospital Privileges & Academic Leadership

Dr. Buckley is one of only a handful of chiropractors ever granted hospital privileges in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a distinction that reflects both clinical competence and interdisciplinary trust.

He also served for 18 months as Director of Chiropractic Education at Cooper Hospital Center City Philadelphia, where he helped train and integrate chiropractic physicians into hospital-based, multidisciplinary care environments.

• Needle EMG and Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV/NCS) testing
• CNS Vital Signs® cognitive and post-concussion testing, including credentialed interpretation
• Functional neurologic screening and movement analysis

This allows Dr. Buckley to identify injuries that are frequently missed by imaging alone, such as functional neurologic deficits, nerve injuries, and post-traumatic cognitive impairment—especially in motor-vehicle and personal injury cases.

He is especially honored to have received the “Above and Beyond” Award from the New York Chiropractic Council for his work assisting relief workers and first responders at Ground Zero following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
